Statement Of Guarantee ：

+We, Glisten(China) hereby guarantee that all the products produced by us to zero defectives in material and workmanship under properly used and according to our instruction for a period of 24 months after the date of the original purchasing. 

+Where applicable, Glisten(China) products meet or exceed industry standards and performance specifications. 

+If our products are used properly, these products may also have an unlimited shelf life. Your warranty rights just be honored when the products has been installed and used properly as deemed by Glisten(China), we will not repair or replace products damaged by improper use or faulty installation. 

In Case Of Breakage： 

 +We, Glisten(China) hereby guarantee that our quality control supervisor has conducted a quality check on the shipment sold to van LITH LICHT EN LUCHT B.V. prior to shipping to Netherland. Damage in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. 

+In case of breakage, Customer must report any damage within 3 days after receipt of order by proof to Glisten(China),any claims beyond this 3 days will not be deemed valid by us. 

Return Policy ：

+Returns must be first acknowledged by Glisten(China),Please contact with us in advance by email and Customer must retain damaged goods, packing and shipping details until claims has been settled. 

+All packages sent back to us must have the initial sales invoice number issued and printed clearly on the outside of the package. All returns must be made in their original packing, Modified items will be refused to return
